SO I STARTED RUNNING...
Two years ago I have a bit of health problems, you know when you live in a tropical city what you can't avoid is some sweet cold drinks, and I consumed to many until I found out my blood sugar is enough to make me go to the toilette ten times in one hour. Oh yeah my height is 165 cm and my weight was 75 kg at that time. The bloating starts after college for about 8 years and you know... suddenly I don't feel fresh any more and I just have to do something about it.
So I Started Running
The first time is some where around January 2012, and it was suck! But I forced my self, I ask advice from some experienced people, I used this coaching apps on my ipod that helps me to know when I should run and when I should walk, so I won't hurt my self and it was so far so good, then the next two months ahead I loosing the apps and started running using only music, I compiled my own mixtapes for 30 minutes of running, I don't care how far I run, I just ran for 30 minutes almost everyday and thats enough for me.
But then I started to realized through the run tracker apps on my phone, that I was run faster day by day. I getting more motivated because of this, a year ago I can only do 3k for 45 minutes and now I can run 5k in 45 minutes and I loose about 15 kg. I run almost everyday, some times I even run on my way or going home from work, I just really enjoy the scenery when I'm running, I never thought this thing could be so addicting. I read some articles, some books and watch this documentary "Run For Your Life" to keep me inspired for going running.
